Rising Stars is an area of Food, Trends & Sustainability dedicated to celebrating the start-ups in the Danish food cluster. The area is organized by Food & Bio Cluster Denmark

We have teamed up with Louise Rørbæk Heiberg, Senior Investment Manager, PINC - Paulig Incubator and Henrik Vinther Olesen, Group Vice President, Communication, CSR & Public Affairs, Salling Group, who together with the audience's votes will select the "Rising Star of the Day"

10:00-16:00: The area is open and you can meet all the entrepreneurs at their stalls.

15.45-16.00: Pitch and announcement of the Rising Star winner.
