Morning Masterclass on 4 September 2024 from 07:00-09:00 at Agro Food Park 15.

We start with breakfast snacks at 7.00am with four subsequent presentations (in English):

• The Danish dietary guidelines – the evidence behind and what it is all about. by Cand.Scient, PhD Stine Vuholm, The department of Sustainable Diet and Health, Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (online)

• Combining health, climate and other sustainability factors in future diets, by Director of Dairy Nutrition, Merete Myrup, Danish Dairy Board/Danish Agriculture & Food Council

• The interlink between food, public health and national health economics, by CEO, former Professor, Lars Ehlers, Nordic Institute of Health Economics

• End & the possibility to network until 9.30
