The Food Quality Perception and Society Team at the Aarhus University Department of Food Science warmly welcomes you to our virtual conference.

This is not a traditional conference. We want to invite people from different backgrounds and disciplines to come together and brainstorm the future of eating. Due to the recent COVID crisis, it has been made clearer than before that we need to rethink not just what we eat, but also how we eat, and who we can share a meal with.

You are invited to join us in coming up with daring and creative solutions, and we want to hear your questions around pressing issues. In these increasingly serious times, we welcome the weird, wacky, and wonderful. Maybe even a sprinkle of magic.
