Morning Masterclass: Next Gen Protein for Feed & Food

2024: Introducing Morning Masterclasses in Agro Food Park:

The first Morning Masterclass is about Next Generation Protein for Feed & Food, on 28 February from 07.00-09.00.

We start with breakfast snacks at 7.00.  From 7.15 until 8.50, we have four exciting presentations:

• Fresh Danish grass can revolutionise our agricultural production – and maybe also your dinner in the future? by Senior Researcher Erik Fog, Innovation Center for Organic Farming
• Protein Production beyond Agriculture by Lab Manager Dr. Nadine Kommerein, Novo Nordisk Foundation Co2 Research Center at Aarhus University
• Protein for future food – an input to the Danish National Protein strategy by Professor Trine Kastrup Dalsgaard, Aarhus University
• New recipes and customer feedback from a pilot test of ”The Future Canteen Concept in Agro Food Park 26” by Compass Group
