Agro Food Park 13 and 15 holds numerous meeting rooms with a capacity of 5 to 100 persons.

In need of re-arranging the setup of the meeting room, please send a mail to reception@agrofoodpark.dk as this is taken care of by our caretakers.
You will be charged a fee of DKK 500,- (excl. VAT), for every hour of work commenced, for this assistance.

The prices stated are exclusive of VAT

Deadline for ordering / changing orders is the day before the meeting at 12:00.


Audio
It is possible to rent an audio system for your meeting.
The price amounts to DKK 500.- (excl. of VAT) and includes setting up, a short instruction in use, and dismantling of the audio system. The audio system can be connected either to a hand-held microphone or to a head set. The chairman of the meeting himself is responsible for operating the audio system during the meeting.
