Our m3 Strategy

In 2016 we work with the m3 concept according to a four-step strategy. Read more about the four steps below. 

m3 Meetings
In Agro Food Park we want to be natural choice of meeting place for the Danish food cluster. We aim to be a full service meeting partner, to provide the perfect setting, great catering and at the same time contribute to creating an interesting meeting program.

m3 Open
Agro Food Park should be known as an active player in “open innovation.” This means that we will arrange a series of events and take initiatives to bring Business Region Aarhus and the innovation areas of Aarhus closer together, but which will also bring the consumers closer to Agro Food Park.

m3 International
Agro Food Park should be recognised internationally as an ”innovation ecosystem” within the agriculture and food industries. We need to actively market Agro Food Park, for instance through our partnership with Invest In Denmark and to be far more offensive in our communication on various platforms including social media.

m3 Growth
Agro Food Park should be the natural selection for startups. We want to support a strong incubator environment and at the same time bring our knowledge of partnerships between large and small businesses into play in an effort to grow the companies of Agro Food Park.
